HUD now allows Licensed Real Estate Agents to be paid on FHA Mortgage Transactions - HUD rescinded the Rule that disallowed this in Dec. 2022. (HUD Mortgagee Letter 2022-22)
This means there is no longer any issue with having both a Real Estate and MLO License.
NOTE: You must be licensed and DO work to get paid.

If your state does NOT require state-specific hours, our 1-Hour FLORIDA CE & LATE CE will meet your 8th hour requirement.
